- Important Update for Xbox One coming in a few days!

It seems like only a few weeks ago the Xbox One came out.... oh wait no it was a few months to be exact and Microsoft had recently announced the details to what this big update is set to bring. Many are calling out the whiplash on Microsoft saying this update is more of common sense than anything else. While being a core gamer and fairly found with the Xbox I have to agree that this update feels more like an update that should have already came with the system. (list of things in Update below)

  • The ability to see and manage your storage space. With this update, you will find it easy to find how much space your content takes up and better manage your content. You can also control your install lineup and more easily manage your download queue. We’ve separated My Games and My Apps into separate lists, so you can easily create separate queues for both. Now you can pick the order in which you want your content to load and we’ve added a boot progress indicator so you can better track updates while they load.
  • The battery power indicator is back! You can see it right on the home screen, so you can easily track how much battery life is left on your controller.
  • And, you will be able to use your USB keyboard with your Xbox One.

  • However many are quite disappointed because what most users want is to fix the Xbox One's cluttered interface, it's not user friendly at all and losing yourself in Menus happen quite often. Microsoft stated that a second update is set to come in March which will add improvements to the  party and multiplayer systems ahead of the arrival of Titanfall, the first-person shooter that will be Microsoft's first major game release for the console. In the end the Xbox One is just starting out so let's see what things Microsoft has in store for us as the year progresses and they prepare for Titanfall.
