- Reign of Thunder is coming to Xbox

Particle effects are cool right, well multiply that times 100 (not literal), because Day 1 studios is releasing their next game as F2P (free-to-play), Reign of Thunder. Day 1 Studios are the developers behind the 2002 Xbox title known as MechAssault. The trailer below shows us visually what the game has to offer and believe us when we say, there are a lot of explosions, like a lot. Aside from that they show off a teaser on what the games other features will be, like the extensive customization.

Their site was recently was recently removed, although it originally didn't have much to show for but a forum. This could be most likely due to a website update, however as the game releases it will be joining a sudden glut of Mech games that include MechWarrior Online and MechWarrior Tactics. Will it succeed? We shall see.
